The WILDS

An American Drama

Early on, I realized that this series is about a lot more than "just a few days at the beach."

The storyline, the setting, and the cast are quite fresh. With the exception of Fatina (portrayed by Sophia Taylor), Nora (portrayed by Helena Howard), Rachel (portrayed by Reign Edwards), and Leah (portrayed by Sarah Pidgeon) the entire cast of cast-aways was hired from Australia. How cool is that?

Unbeknownst to the clan of femme teens, they are lab-rats in an experiment being conducted by a woman named Gretchen (portrayed by Rachel Griffiths) and her team of Tech and Social Scientists.

Filmed in Australia, this series' setting takes flight at an outdoor deviation reminiscent of the reality show SURVIVOR, with one exception -- the participants have no idea that they are apart of a social experiment and their parents are in the dark as well.

This is a great binge-series that will leave you with bated breath for season two.
